Hi, I'm Haley Kwon!

I'm a UX/Product Designer based in the DC area with a deep passion for lifelong learning and thoughtful design. I enjoy solving problems to make impact in the world, which led me to do some fun UX work in education, mental health care, and public services. I thrive in collaborative environments where designers, developers, and stakeholders come together to create solutions that truly enhance user experiences.

Most recently, I worked as a UX/UI Designer at FMP Consulting, where I contributed to a range of projects for the federal government. My client included various agencies and programs within the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), such as Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) program, USAJOBS, Intelligence Career Sites for Department of Energy and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

With the current shifts in the federal space, I’m now seeking new opportunities to apply my strengths in research-driven design, simplifying complex user flows, and building intuitive digital experiences that make a meaningful impact.

I genuinely believe in the power of continuous learning, whether that’s sharpening my design craft or embracing new adventures, even when they’re messy and full of ambiguity. If you’re passionate about learning, problem-solving, and embracing the fun chaos of creativity and growth, let’s connect!
